Production Line Layout and Process
- Utilize existing tin ingot molds with the disc rotating counterclockwise
- The disc is located at the center of the unit,采用成熟的中心支承中心驱动方式
- Water-cooled tin ingot molds are arranged in 12 groups, each with 5 mold positions, totaling 60 mold positions
- Two automatic marking machines are arranged at a 30° angle, automatically marking when detecting finished tin ingots
- After marking, pre-lift the tin ingot to prevent needle sticking
- After pre-lifting, move to the main lifting station where the transfer device removes the tin ingot
- Place the tin ingot on the trimming station for finishing to remove burrs
- The trimmed tin ingots are conveyed by the conveyor to the end for manual stacking
Marking System Features
Two automatic marking machines mark Sn99.95, "Ganxi", and date respectively, arranged at a 30° angle. When a finished tin ingot is detected in the mold cavity, the cylinder actuates, and the marking head automatically descends for marking. The marking impact force is adjustable. The date code is manually changed daily. Marking is done while the tin ingot is still in the mold (consistent with current manual marking).
Transfer and Trimming System Features
The transfer station is equipped with dual grippers that can simultaneously lift the tin ingot from the main lifting station and the trimmed tin ingot from the trimming station. While placing the tin ingot on the trimming station, it places the trimmed tin ingot on the conveyor. The trimming device performs alternating trimming. The trimming blades are controlled by two independent pneumatic devices for lengthwise and widthwise trimming respectively.
