Intelligent gold electrolysis equipment

         Intelligent gold electrolysis equipment combines automatic control, intelligent monitoring and efficient electrolysis technology. It can process raw gold materials with a purity of more than 92%, and improve the purity of finished gold to more than 99.99% through a three-stage optimization process.

        The gold electrolysis equipment intelligently controls the gold electrolysis process through the PLC system, and can set parameters such as current, voltage, time, etc. to achieve fully automatic operation.

        The optimized electrolytic cell structure is adopted to improve current efficiency and reduce gold loss. Industrial-grade PLC enables programmable regulation of current (0-50A ±0.1%) and voltage (0-12V ±0.1%)

        The built-in sensor of the intelligent gold electrolysis equipment can monitor the solution concentration and electrolysis progress in real time, and provide remote monitoring function.

        The electrolytic cell adopts a sealed design and a built-in exhaust system to ensure that the exhaust gas does not leak during the electrolysis process , and the flue gas enters the gold electrolysis exhaust gas filtration system through the exhaust duct (activated carbon adsorption + alkali solution washing + HEPA filtration). It avoids the escape of gold and ensures the recovery rate of gold electrolysis.

        The equipment can be flexibly expanded according to production needs, suitable for small to large gold refining enterprises, and adopts a modular design.
